What is Reaper Company?+
Reaper Company is an elite tactical gaming unit built on coordination, discipline, and teamwork. We run organized operations, training, and events across a range of tactical and milsim titles.
What do I need to join?+
You must be 18 or older, have a working microphone, and be willing to operate as part of a coordinated squad. Prior milsim experience helps but isn't required — the right attitude matters most.
How do I apply?+
Join our Discord and submit an application through this site. Staff review every application and schedule a short interview before you're brought on.
What games do you play?+
Our members play a rotation of tactical and milsim titles — Arma, Hell Let Loose, Ready or Not, and more. You pick the games you're active in via your roles.
Is there a time commitment?+
We ask members to stay reasonably active and to show up for operations, training, and community events when they can. Life comes first — reserve and leave-of-absence statuses are available.
How do ranks and promotions work?+
Members progress through a structured rank ladder based on time-in-grade, performance, and leadership. Promotions and commendations are tracked here on the personnel command site.
